As he moved up the ranks, he built a network of men to handle the distribution for him, keeping his profits substantial. In 2015, Othman relocated to Dubai to avoid the Belgian police's radar. However, his criminal activities continued to draw attention. In 2022, after a series of raids, Othman was linked to massive cocaine shipments seized in ports across Europe, leading to potential prosecution. The situation further escalated when the United States included Othman, his brothers, and an associate on the OFAC sanction list. On top of this, a video emerged, purportedly from a member of the Sinaloa Cartel, demanding that Othman settle an outstanding debt. Throughout the story, Othman maintained his innocence, claiming no concrete evidence existed against him. However, evidence, intercepted messages, and cartel threats hinted otherwise, leaving uncertainty about his future in the world of organized crime.
