Miami got out of control.
I got called to the bar because it was time to get Adrian Broner out of there so we could handle business. What should’ve been a quick stop turned into over an hour because AB was having too much fun and everybody around him wanted him to stay.
Once we finally left, the ride got even crazier. One of AB’s homegirls accused me of being his “handler,” and I wasn’t letting that slide. We went back and forth, I had to address a few things, and Bryt was in the back cracking up while the whole conversation unfolded.
Sometimes looking out for your people gets misunderstood. I wasn’t trying to control anybody, I was trying to make sure we handled the business we came to Miami for.
